About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication with clients, deploying products, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing ongoing product support and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication. Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Product Deployment: Oversee the deployment of products to clients, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and timelines.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Service and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for delivered products. Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and ensure clients are maximizing the value of our products.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of our products and services. Work with the product development team to implement enhancements and new features based on client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, product deployment status, and overall client satisfaction. Present findings to senior management and suggest actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of product deployment processes and client support.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in software tools such as excel, powerpoint etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Ability to understand and effectively manage technical workflows and processes.
- Experience in working with medical devices is a plus.
